Elaborations
This series explores the transformation of photographic images into graphic, textured compositions that blur the boundary between documentation and illustration. Starting from everyday scenes, I reduce color palettes and emphasize line, contrast, and surface to create a visual language inspired by printmaking and drawing.
Rather than preserving realism, the process focuses on reinterpretation—highlighting movement, gesture, and structure while allowing details to dissolve into texture. The resulting images exist somewhere between memory and material, where familiar moments are reimagined as expressive, constructed visuals.
