I am Lucio<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes they call me Parin\u00e8<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I started taking photographs at a very young age, when I was fifteen, thanks to meeting Luigi C., who was twenty-three at the time. Luigi had just completed a course in camera operation at a school where he\u2019d had the opportunity to study with professionals from the film and television industries. Through those connections, he soon began collaborating with various directors.<\/p>\n

It was he who opened the doors to the world of photography for me and convinced me to enroll in the same school he had attended. I chose the photography course, drawn by the possibility of telling stories through images and observing reality from a different perspective.<\/p>\n

My first camera was a Zeiss Ikon Contessa.<\/p>\n

With enthusiasm, I gathered everything I needed to set up a darkroom, where I learned to develop and print photographs myself. Those hours spent among negatives, enlargers, and developing tanks were a true school of learning, not only technical but also personal.<\/p>\n

Shortly thereafter, I began working as a freelance photographer, taking portraits of actors and singers thanks to the contacts I had in the entertainment world. Later, I collaborated with the photography agency of Elio Sorci, known for being one of the first paparazzi of the Dolce Vita era.<\/p>\n

For me, photography has never been merely a profession. It has been, first and foremost, a school of observation. Through the lens, I learned to look at people, to capture their expressions, gestures, vulnerabilities, and emotions. I learned to observe the world with curiosity, attention, and respect.<\/p>\n

Everything I did afterward to earn a living belongs to another story. Photography, however, has always remained the central thread of my life, the language through which I continue to interpret reality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
